Dear Impakt Members,



It's been more than a year since this page has been updated. Much has happened since the last post. Through your support, Impakt has gone from being a very modest 2500sqft. gym to the biggest and premier MMA gym in Hong Kong with 5000sqft. in a prime location in Central.



We would like to wish our former colleagues James K, Carole, and Damien the best of luck with their new venture. They will surely be missed, and will always be part of the Impakt team.

With them gone, new blood has joined the team. First to join us is Quinton Arendse, a pro MMA fighter from South Africa and a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Quinton's grappling expertise will surely raise the level of our BJJ team.

Second to join us is Vuyisile Colossa, or "Vusi". He is a professional K-1 Fighter with a record of 20 fights with 15 wins, 5 losses and 8 KO's. His amazingly sharp and quick jab, and phenomenal boxing skills is a sight to behold when he spars. Finally, a world class boxer in the Impakt Team!
