Bootylicious Bootcamp (good for the boys too!)

Want to get your booty in shape ready for those Christmas parties...? (yes, Christmas is just around the corner!!!) Impakt's morning Bootcamp Classes will whip you into shape, not to mention get you fit and STRONG, ready to face the world 

(and those malls for Christmas shopping)!!!

Held every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7-8am, these classes involve a variety of butt-kicking workouts using circuit and interval training, weights and cardio, plus the occasional boxing and muay thai thrown in to spice things up :)

The weather's getting grey so bring your bootcamp indoors at Impakt and make the most of our top class facilities, including showers with everything you'll need to get ready for a day at the office - the most energising way to start your day....
